1. Energy Medicine

  • Class Size: 15 people
  • Instructor: Heather Joseph
  • Description: “Energy Medicine is the future of all medicine.” ~ Dr. C. Norman Shealy, President of the American Holistic Medical Association. Learn simple, easy, yet effective techniques to empower your own well-being.

2. Vishoka Meditation

  • Duration: 90 minutes
  • Class Size: 15 people
  • Instructor: Robyn DeGraff
  • Description: This 90-minute class will include: Gentle yoga asana (postures) Healthy Breathing training and Guided relaxation. These are all in preparation for coming to our seat and being guided in a series of mediative techniques. All props will be provided; however, I suggest you bring your personal mat.

1. Cleansing Ritual

  • Description: Cleansing ritual at the Greenbrier River. Release, receive, and revitalize.

  • Description: This workshop is tailored specifically for a female audience. Shift your focus from ‘doing’ to ‘being’ and explore a more enriching, harmonious, and authentic way of living.

  • Description: Begin your journey with Instructor Hannah Nicole discovering how to make easy, nourishing elixirs made with organic & wildcrafted ingredients. Elixirs combine beneficial ingredients that have the potential to balance, cleanse, enhance, and restore your health.

1. Goddess Bowls

  • Duration: 75 minutes
  • Class Size: 20-25 people
  • Instructor: Sparrow Huffman
  • Description: Chef and Yoga Instructor Sparrow Eva will weave together both eastern Ayurvedic food wisdom and her own culinary expertise to teach you how to make an easy, healthy, and totally delicious fall meal. We will be making Goddess Bowls.

4. Facial Self-Massage

  • Duration: 45 minutes
  • Class Size: 5 people
  • Instructor: Kacie Argabright
  • Description: This 45 Minute Class will be a hands-on approach to developing an at-home facial massage regimen.
